Francesca Augimeri

Young professional with a strong motivation for professional growth, she holds the role of company secretary.

She performs office duties, takes care of the management of secretarial and receptionist activities, manages the appointment agenda on behalf of management and colleagues, plans internal activities in the various technical and organizational aspects.

She’s an employee with considerable organizational skills and precision, able to coordinate front office and back-office activities.
With strong planning skills and a natural propensity for organization, she manages the register of suppliers, dealing with new registrations and updating existing ones, with immediate control and supervision of document deadlines.

It is also responsible for welcoming customers. She monitors access, receives visitors and accompanies them inside the structure with the utmost kindness and cordiality.
She ensures that the daily routine in the office runs smoothly, supporting the entire team and management with operational, organizational and technical tasks.

A dynamic and precise collaborator, smiling and helpful, fundamental skills to fill the role of secretarial clerk.
