When a major multinational IT company decided to move its headquarters from Pomezia to the business district in the Eur area of Rome, it relocated hundreds of employees eager to improve their work performance in a stimulating and productive environment. This led to the fit-out project that involved five floors of the office building, including the logistics areas, the heart of their business operations. Our intervention focused on creating new spaces through the installation of movable partitions in drywall, collapsible, and glass. With a careful selection of materials, both in terms of performance and aesthetics, the new offices present themselves as dynamic and stimulating places. All systems were adapted and partially built from scratch to ensure that no aspect of the project was left to chance. The Build team personally took charge of organizing and guiding the various parties involved to ensure the project was completed within the predetermined time and budget.
